1 15-19 oz can chickpeas, drained
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 T chopped parsley
2 T flour
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 baking powder
salt and pepper
2 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drizzle olive oil evenly in shallow baking dish. Preheat oven to 350.
Mask beans in food processor. Add onions and garlic. Add remaining ingredients to make a thick paste. Shape into ping pong sized balls and place on preheated baking dish. Bake 15-20 minutes turning halfway

Serve with Greek yoghurt (add shopped cucumbers, dash or coriander and cumin)
