Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2/3 C Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Breadcrumbs
1 C Milk
1 1/2 Lbs Ground Beef or Turkey
2 Beaten Eggs
1/4 C Grated Onion
1 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Pepper

Topping:
Combine
3 Tbl Brown Sugar
1/4 C Ketchup
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tsp Dry Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Soak breadcrumbs in milk till soft. Add all ingredients except the meat. Add meat last. Mix well. Form into a loaf and place on oven grill pan that is sprayed with nonstick spray so grease will drip through the holes. (Line the bottom tray of the pan with foil for easy cleanup.)

Spread topping all over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to an hour.

Leftovers make great meatloaf sandwiches!!!

NOTE #1: I usually double the meat, but don't usually double the rest of the meatloaf ingredients, and make 2 loaves. Turkey tends to be looser than ground beef. If you use ground turkey breast, the loaf turns out very white, so I use regular ground turkey that has dark meat included.

NOTE #2: I make more topping than called for, and don't measure any of it - just mix till it tastes the way I want it to - a little sweet with a little bite to it.
