Directions:
Use a large 6-8 quart pan and start warming water, Olive Oil and Salt at low to mid heat. Thoroughly crush a package of Saltine Crackers in a large Ziploc bag using a rolling pin. Using a large 4-5 quart pan, add hamburger, 2/3 package of Saltine Crackers and egg. (More crackers and or eggs = softer meatballs, less = firmer meatballs) Mix thoroughly by hand. Add Salt, Pepper etc. to taste. Add Spaghetti Sauce, cover and turn to low heat. Turn water heat to high. The sauce and meatballs will heat quickly. Cook approximately 20 minutes after reaching first boil. When the water comes to a boil, add 1/2 to 3/4 of the spaghetti for no left-overs, all for left-overs. Cook the spaghetti 8-10 minutes at medium boil, stirring frequently. Drain, combine the Spaghetti and Meatballs. Serve with Garlic Bread.

Personal Notes:
Thaw the Hamburger in the refrigerator for use the next day. If you are making Garlic Bread, pre-heat your oven when you start heating your water. When stirring the sauce, remove it from the heat before removing the pan’s lid to minimize splatter. Be careful the spaghetti does not cause the water to boil over; the oil will help with this. Italian sausage, ground or links, is a good substitute for hamburger.
