1/2 C. teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. garlic, crushed
1/4 C. Mirin
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 dashes hot sauce

Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together. White wine or sake can be substituted for the Mirin. If using the sauce with steak, use red wine instead. The sauce or marinade is good with chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon and tuna.
