8 oz wide egg noodles
1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup onion diced
1/4 cup green pepper
3 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup cottage cheese
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
1/4 cup sour cream
shredded cheese

Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper, drain. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook noodles and mix with hamburger mixture. In a bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese. In a baking dish layer 1/2 hamburger, noodles and cream cheese mixture repeat. Top with shredded cheese cover and bake until hot and bubbly at 350º.
