2 small cans pork n' beans
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. mustard
4 tsp. ketchup
1 or 2 small onions
1/2 to 1 lb. bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon & onions. Drain off excess fat. Mix all ingredients together. Serve hot or cold. Best hot.

I have many memories of the "Bluesky Hotel." (my old stompin' grounds back home) Ate many steak & bean dinners there on Saturday nights. Bud was a great cook and owner of the Bluesky Hotel. The hotel no longer exists. Unfortunately it burnt down.
