Garlic Tilapia Recipe

½ c. butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
enough tilapia fillets to feed family
1 tsp. salt
dash of ground pepper
juice of 1 lemon
Pasta:
1 box angel hair pasta
3 Tbsp. butter
½ c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a deep pot for pasta.
2. Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet over med. heat. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add tilapia filets and cook for several minutes on one side; flip and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from skillet; add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to butter. Heat and serve over tilapia.
3. Add pasta to water and cook for 4 min. Drain; reserving 1 cup pasta water. Toss pasta in a bowl with 3 Tbsp. butter, ½ c. parmesan cheese and enough pasta water to make it creamy. Serve on side or under tilapia.
*Great with steamed broccoli
