1 ½ lbs. fresh catfish fillets-wash & cut in halves
1 qt. nonfat buttermilk
1 (12 oz) box lemon pepper Fish-Fri
1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Dip each fillet in buttermilk, then cover each side with Fish-Fri mixture. Place coated fish in sprayed shallow baking pan. Spray tops and squeeze lemon juice over fish. Bake at 400 until fish is golden and flakes easily, approx 5-6 minutes.
