1 ½ lbs. center cut pork chops
1 (16 oz) jar of fire roasted salsa
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
(Squash & Onions or Rolls)

Directions:
Trim all fat from chops. Coat large skillet with fat free spray and brown chops over medium heat, approx 3 min on each side. Place chops in crock pot. Mix salsa, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Pour over pork chops. Cook on low for 6 hours. Can serve with sauteed squash & onions and/or rolls.
