4 env. unflavored gelatin
2 1/3 c. cold applesauce or cooked, strained apricots
4 c. sugar
1 orange (juice and zest)
1 lemon (juice and zest)

Directions:
Directions:
Place applesauce (or apricot sauce) and sugar in saucepan and bring to boil. Add gelatin dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water. Cook 15 min. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add juice and zest. Pour into buttered or lined 9x13 pan. Let stand overnight but do not refrigerate. Next day, cut into squares and roll in powdered sugar. Store well in sealed container.
