4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts with fat cut off and pounded thin
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. dried thyme
½ tsp. coarse ground black pepper
¼ tsp. onion powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a pan with foil. Spray grill pan with Pam. Heat grill pan to medium high. Mix spices and coat the chicken evenly. Grill each side for about 2-3 minutes. Inside will still be pink. Move chicken to foil lined pan and bake for 20 minutes. Comes out perfect!
