1/4 lb. butter
1 box Graham crackers
1 lb. cream cheese
11/4 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1pt. sour cream
1.2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter over low heat. Crush the graham crackers and line large baking dish
Cream the cream cheese, add sugar, 2 eggs, gradually and beat after each one. Add sour cream, vanilla add salt.
Bake at 350º in aluminum pan or at 325º in glass dish, not over 1/2 hour.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
