2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
3/4 c Minute Rice
1 egg
1 large can Campbell's tomato soup
Water
4 potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion and mix with ground beef, rice, and egg. Form into large meatballs the size of a lime. Peel and quarter potatoes. Place meatballs and potatoes in pressure cooker. Pour tomato soup and 1can of water over contents. Bring to a rattle for 15 minutes. Allow to cool enough to safely open. Enjoy!
