Base:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter

1st Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

2nd Layer:
1 large package instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

3rd Layer:
1 large package instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Topping:
Cool Whip
Chocolate bar, shaved

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Base ingredients thoroughly. Pat into a 13" x 9" pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Let cool.

Fold together ingredients for 1st Layer. Spread on cooled Base.

Mix chocolate instant pudding mix and milk. Let cool and spread on top of 1st Layer.

Mix vanilla instant pudding mix and milk. Let cool and spread on top of 2nd Layer.

Top layers by spreading Cool Whip over entire top. Shave chocolate bar over Cool Whip and refrigerate. Serve.
