2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
6 eggs
1 oz. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 Tbsp. black pepper
4 to 5 C. flour
3 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare yeast per package directions, and let stand. Cream butter; add eggs and oil. Mix in yeast, salt and pepper. Slowly add the flour and cheese. Mix with hands until dough leaves the side of the bowl. Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl. Cover with a damp cloth, and let rise until doubled. Punch down. Knead again. Form two loaves. Let rise again. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; turn oven to 350, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes longer in 2 loaf pans.
