2 lbs chicken wings
½ c brown sugar
¼ c apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off and discard wing tips and excess skin. Cut wings in half at joint. Place in 8”x8” baking dish. Combine sugar, vinegar, soya sauce and ketchup. Pour over wings. Marinate 3-4 hours or overnight in fridge, stirring once or twice. Microwave on high 11-22 minutes or until fork tender when checked in several places, pushing center portions to outside of dish after half time.
