For roll - Mix
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin (canned)
3 eggs
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Sift together:
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. flour
For Pumpkin roll filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbls. butter
1 cup powdered sugar

Grease cookie sheet with oil spray. Line with wax paper and grease top of wax paper with spray oil. Extend edges of wax paper over sides and ends of cookies sheet. Pour batter over wax paper and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes (no more). Sprinkle a cloth towel with powdered sugar; flip bread onto towel.
Roll loosely in jelly roll fashion using towel to roll up. Let cool. Unroll bread and spread with filling. Roll up again without towel or wax paper. Wrap with foil and freeze. Serve slices frozen.
