1 pkg hash browns
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 can of cream of potato soup
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp chopped onion
3 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash browns, combine all ingredients. Pour into 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 300º for 1 hr and 30 minutes
