1# Mild Italian Sausage Raw
2# Spinach Fettuccine
2 cups Heavy Cream
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup Whole Milk
2 Cups Parmesan Cheese Grated
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Sausage in a large pot do not drain and add flour.

Allow sausage and flour to cook for 5 mins

Add Heavy Cream and allow to reduce slightly till this enough to coat a soup spoon

Add cheese to thicken sauce (should be very thick)

Thin with milk to desired thickness of sauce

Add Cooked pasted and toss

When mom started to travel for work dad cooked at home quite a bit. He was always looking for new recipes. He found this one and made quite a production at home in the kitchen in preparing the dish. It was spectacular. Spencer and I were constantly requesting he make it again. When he finally relented he couldn't find the recipe and had to recreate it from memory. It was wonderful
