1 box graham crackers
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding ( I use chocolate)
1 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)

FROSTING:

6 tbsp Hershey Cocoa
2 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp white Karo syrup
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Butter the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Lay whole graham crackers on bottom. Mix milk and pudding for 2 minutes. Add Cool Whip on low speed. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over first layer of graham crackers. Cover pudding with another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding and cover with third layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours before frosting.

Frosting: Mix all ingredients with mixer and pour over top of graham crackers. Must refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
