2 cups flour
1/2 tbsp. ginger
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup shortening (not oil)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar, egg and molasses. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Form into balls and roll in sugar to coat. Do not flatten.
Bake at 350°F. for 12 - 15 min.
Enjoy!!
