1 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk *
1 stick butter or margarine melted
2 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 cups Blueberries

* If you don't have buttermilk put 1tbsp vinegar or lemon juice into a cup of milk. Let set for 10 minutes before using in your recipe.

In a large bowl stir together dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, melted butter and beaten eggs.
Stir just until dry mixture is mixed in. Fold in blueberries.
Bake 20 minutes in 400º oven in a well greased (or cupcake papers) muffin pan.
