12-16 Italian sweet sausages
2-3 medium onions
1/2 cup vegetable oil
8-10 bell peppers (green, red, yellow)
1lb fresh mushrooms
3-4 minced garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausages in frying pan. Place in baking dish and put in oven at 350º until fully cooked. Slice the peppers into strips. Cut onion into strips. Slice mushrooms. Add 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, garlic and peppers to frying pan. Saute until soft. Add onions until cooked. Add mushrooms. When vegetable mixture is cooked, place on top of sausages. Place in the oven for several minutes to re-warm. Serve on Italian or French loaf.
