Tenderloin (5 to 6 pounds)
Lemon Pepper
Chili Powder
Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper

Prepare dry rub for tenderloin by mixing together
3 oz lemon pepper
3 oz chili powder
1 tbs garlic powder
¼ tbs cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shake dry rub over tenderloin, rub in well, refrigerate unused rub.
Place tenderloin in 225-250 degree smoker and cook uncovered 2 hours.
Wrap in foil and cook additional 3 hours. Remove from heat and let rest for 10 to 20 minutes before serving. Retain natural juices to pour over sliced loin for serving.
