4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. each salt, pepper and oregano
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup Marsala wine
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and butter in skillet. Cover chicken with plastic wrap and pound to about 1/2" thick. Mix flour and seasonings and coat chicken. Brown chicken on both sides and add mushrooms to skillet. Simmer and add wine. Cover and simmer for about 15 min. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve over angel hair or linguine pasta.
