1lb ground turkey
1 onion chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
garlic salt to taste
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can rotel
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can corn
1 8 oz package fat free cream cheese
Chili powder and red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:

Brown the turkey in a skillet with garlic salt and onions. Put in Crock Pot and top with other ingredients. Mix well. Cook on high 4 hours.
