portobello mushrooms
red, white and yellow bell peppers
white onion
minced garlic
jalapeno pepper


Salsa:
tomatoes
onions
serrano peppers
cilantro
minced garlic clove
fresh lemon juice
jalapeno pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dice, Slice and Marinate the following vegetables in Lea and Perrins worcestershire sauce:
portobello mushrooms
red, white and yellow bell peppers
white onion
minced garlic
jalapeno pepper
Grill the marinated vegetables in a skillet, on a grill or stovetop for about ten minutes.


Serve the fajita vegetables with tortillas. Garnish with the salsa. Enjoy!
