2 Slice of thick Bread
Peanut Butter
Jelly
Canola Oil
Ice Cream
Powdered Sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Two slices of bread ( thick slices preferred)

Spread your favorite Peanut butter evenly over both slices of bread leaving about a 1/2 “ edge

Add a spoonful of your favorite jelly to middle of one the peanut butter slices (do not spread)

Add second side of bread, peanut butter side together.

Use a beveled edge saucer, small plate or knife to crimp /press together the edges of bread and remove the crust.

(You can substitute the above with Smucker’s UnCrustable PB&J)


In a deep fryer or skillet preheat to 350 deg. enough canola oil to cover the sandwich. Add sandwich and cook until golden brown.

Remove sandwich and slice into quarters

Top with a scoop of ice cream, garnish with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
