2 pounds of Ground Turkey
2 cans of Tomato Sauce (15oz each)
1 can of Diced Tomatoes (14.5oz)
1 can of Kidney Beans (15.5oz)
4 tsp of Chili Powder
2 tsp of Onion Powder
1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
1 to 2 tsp of Salt
2 tsp of Minced Garlic
1 1/2 cups of Sweet Corn (frozen or fresh)
1 1/2 cut up Bell Peppers
Cooked White Rice
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

1. Drain the juice off of the Kidney Beans and the Diced Tomatoes
2. Cut up the Bell Peppers and sit them to the side
3. Combine all the ingredients (except the Bell Peppers) in your crockpot and set them to cook on low for 8 hours
4. With 1 hour remaining add the Bell Peppers (adding them at the end keeps them from getting too mushy)
5. Cook desired amount of White Rice (1 part rice, 2 parts water)
6. Put rice on the bottom, top it with the Chili, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, and a Sour Cream
