1/2 cup seasoned flour (salt, pepper, sweet paprika)
2-4 lbs. chicken parts ( I use boneless, skinless Breasts)
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup beef or chicken broth (bouillon will do)
1 medium onion, quartered
1 green pepper cut in large chunks
1-2 tsp. sweet paprika
1 1/2 c low fat sour cream
1 c. plus 2 T. flour
2 eggs

Coat chicken with flour mixture, brown in oil, turning to brown evenly

In a deep pan (or Crock Pot) , combine tomato sauce, beef broth, onion, pepper, sweet paprika. Add browned chicken pieces. Cook for 1 -1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender. Add a few sprinkles of hot paprika if you like things spicy.

Remove 1/2 c sauce, let cool. Combine 1/2 c low fat sour cream with 2 tbsp. flour, mix well, add to cooled sauce. Return mixture to pot, stirring until sauce is thickened.

Nokerli:
Combine 1 cup low fat sour cream,1 cup flour, eggs. Mix until it is the consistency of paste. Drop by tsp. into boiling water, about 10 at a time. when they have all risen to the top, they are done. Remove to colander. Continue this process until all are cooked. Rinse with cold water. toss with small amount butter and reheat in microwave. Top with sauce and serve with chicken.
