1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dollop of mustard
SMALL sprinkle hot paprika
1/3-1/2 cup chives
Enough sweet paprika to make the mixture light orange

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. An electric mixer makes the mixture smoother and blends ingredients thoroughly. Spread on crackers, bruschetta rounds, bagel chips, etc. Excellent with cocktails or use as spread on sandwich instead of butter.
