1 can of large biscuits
1 pkg. of country gravy mix (making according to pkg. directions)
6 eggs, scrambled
4-8 sausage links, chopped
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion
1 cup of finely shredded 4 cheese blend

Directions:
You will need 2 8" or 9" cake pans with parchment paper placed in the bottom and sprayed with non stick spray. Each pizza will use 4 biscuits. Roll each biscuit until it is a 4" circle. Place biscuits in cake pan (it is fine if they over lap) pinch together and bake according to biscuits directions.

Remove from oven half way through baking time and using a wooden spoon press biscuits down and return to oven for remaining cooking time. Let biscuits cool.

Cook bacon, sausage and onion together in saute' pan. Pour half of gravy mixture in each pan. Then top with bacon, sausage and onions. Top that with half the eggs on each pizza. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese on each pizza and return to oven until cheese is melted.
