Bell Pepper
Onion
Adams Reserve All Purpose Rub
Cookwell & Company All Naturl Bock & Brown Sugar Marinade
Toothpicks (or skewers if you're hungry)
Directions:
Directions:
➢ Marinate chicken for a few hours prior to grilling
Heat grill to 350 (forget it, an oven won’t work!)
➢ Place entire sausage link on grill
➢ Place marinated chicken on grill
➢ Place cleaned bell pepper halves and cleaned onion halves on grill
➢ With a grilling brush, apply a light coating of the marinade over all ingredients
➢ Sprinkle (contrary to the “Rub” in the Adams Reserve All Purpose Rub’s name) a light amount of the Rub (we know…) over all ingredients
Check the sausage often by sampling it. We suggest doing this over and over, for it will make you happy, happy, happy! Remove veggies at the right time- not too soon, not too burnt.
Don’t dry out the chicken. Keep it moist with the marinade.
➢ Remove everything from the grill when it’s done!
➢ Cut up pieces to your liking…for a toothpick or a pitchfork…it’s your call!
➢ Slide the sausage, bell pepper, chicken, onion onto the skewer- in that order. Do not get them out of order, as this will really confuse your tastebuds! (just kidding)
➢ Eat them up!!!!!!!
