1 lb Raw Por Rind Pellets
1 -2 Gal Canola Oil


Seasoning:
1/2 cup Ton Chachere's
1/2 cup Paul Prudhommes Pork Magic
2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put oil in a large pot - half way full (preferably a turkey fryer)
2. Turn heat to high and bring temperature up to 350-375. Maintain this temperature.
3. Lower pellets slowly into oil to cook (be careful not to boil over)
4. Cook pellets for no more than one minute
5. Remove cooked chicharrones from oil and dust immediately with seasoning while still not.
6. Enjoy!!!

Warning: this method can be very dangerous. Please make sure that you are outside and away from combustible materials.
