1 package tofu, cubed
1 spoon of miso paste
1 spoon of chili paste or spicy bean sauce
Garlic, minced
Soy sauce
Water
Green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:

1. Toss tofu into a skillet and begin heating over high heat.
2. While tofu is heating, mix together in a small bowl: miso, chili paste, garlic, a splash of soy sauce, and a splash of water to thin out the sauce. Pour sauce over tofu.
3. Sprinkle green onions onto tofu and mix everything together gently.
4. Once everything is heated through, serve over rice and enjoy!
