2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup Ritz crackers
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup mushrooms cut into small pieces
1/2 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except for potato chips. Spoon into greased 1.5 quart casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle potato chips on top. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve hot.
