2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup shredded coconut

coconut for rolling

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan bring to a boil at medium heat the brown sugar, milk and butter. Remove from stove and mix in salt, vanilla, rolled oats, cocoa and coconut. When slightly cooled roll one teaspoon at a time in coconut. You can decorate with green and red cherries on top if you wish.
