4 lbs boneless beef
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp worchestershire
2 tbsp dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp pepper

Cook beef and other ingredients for 8 - 10 hours in a slow cooker on low. Remove beef. Bring sauce to a boil on high. Shred beef and return to slow cooker to mix with sauce. Serve on buttered, toasted buns.
