1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped fine
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 tbsp uncooked long grain rice
280 ml can tomato sauce
3 cups chopped cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef for a minute or two. Add onion, garlic, salt , pepper and rice. Saute 3 minutes. Add tomato sauce and mix. If too thick add a bit of water.
Place cabbage into a greased casserole and pour the meat mixture evenly over top. Do not stir. Bake covered for 90 minutes at 325º
