2 1/2 C. finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 C. finely chopped onions
1/2 C. finely chopped green, red, yellow or purple bell peppers
1-2 large garlic cloves, minced
juice of 1 small-medium lime
4 oz. can diced green chillies
1-2 Tbl. Red or cider vinegar
1/4 C. chopped cilantro

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or longer until serving with tortilla chips.
