2 tsp. flaxseed
1 medium banana (6 oz.)
1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
1 - 2 tsp. honey
2/3 c. ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Place the flaxseed in a blender and puree for 30 seconds until they are coarsely ground
Add the banana, yogurt, honey, and ice cubes and puree until smooth and thick
Serve immediately
