2 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
3/4 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon

3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cups oil

4 cups peeled diced apples
1/2 cups raisins
1/2 cups nuts (chopped walnuts)

Mix dry ingredients. Then add eggs, vanilla oil. Stir in apples, raisins, and nuts. Spread in 9x13 pan, bake at 325 for 35-45 minutes. Good plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
