16oz Sour Cream

2 Cups of shredded cheddar cheese

2 Cans drained MexiCorn (Green Giant)

1 handful (or more) of chopped cilantro

1 handful (or more) of chopped green onion

Juice of one lime

Cayenne Pepper to taste

Cumin to taste
