2 cups marinated artichoke hearts
3 cups chicken, cubed, seasoned with salt and pepper
1/2 cup vermouth, sherry or other wine
1/12 cup grated cheddar cheese
4-6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken for 3-4 minutes. Then add wine, cook until all chicken pieces are white.

In a baking dish, layer the chicken and artichokes sprinkle with both cheeses
continue layering finishing with a layer of cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.

Serve over spinach fettuccine.
