2 Cups steal cut oats
1 Cup protein powder (I use Shakeology powder)
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup raw honey or agave
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup 70% dark chocolate or 1/4 cup baking cocoa
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

In a medium bowl add wet ingredients, microwave 30 seconds, stir, repeat.

Add dry mixture to wet mixture. Spread into 8x8 pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Use your hands to spread flat.

Refrigerate for about 20 minutes then cut into 6-10 pieces.

Store in the fridge for a week, enjoy, these are so good for you.
