5 slices white bread - buttered and crusts removed
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp each, salt, pepper, dry mustard and paprika
6 eggs - well beaten
1/2 small can green chilies
2 cups whole milk
2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 lb crumbled bacon or sausage - cooked crisp

Directions:

Cut bread in 1/2 inch pieces and place in bottom of greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Add cheese. Mix remaining ingredients except mean and pour over bread and cheese. Sprinkle crumbled meat on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or till knife comes out clean.
