2 cans cream of Chicken or Celery Soup
2 cups sour cream
3 cups diced chicken
2 can green chilies (4oz)
1 cup chopped onion
2 or more cups grated cheese (Jack or Cheddar or Combined)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp corriander
8 large four tortillas (or 10 - 6") tortillas)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken and onion, drain. Add chilies, salt and half of the cheese. Separtely mix together soup, sour cream and coriander. Then add 1 cup of soup mix to chicken mixture. Warm tortillas and fill with mixture. Roll and place in shallow pan and cover with remaining soup mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and top with parsley flakes. Bake about 30 minutes at 350º, uncovered.
