• 4 cups fresh watermelon - seeds removed
• 3 cups of ice
• 4 tablespoons honey or sugar
• Juice of one lemon

Directions:

Scoop out 4 cups of watermelon, removing and discarding the seeds.
The watermelon should be cut into chunky piece that will easily fit into a blender.
In a blender crush 3 cups of ice.
Add the watermelon pieces and blend until slushy.
Next add the honey or sugar and the juice of a lemon for little extra zip. Blend all of this about 10 seconds more and it's ready to enjoy.
