Ingredients: 6 cups of water
2 1/2 cups of melted margarine
12-16 cups of flour
2 tsp salt
6 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp of yeast

Directions: |
Directions:Melt the margarine in micro wave oven till it is warm only not hot . Add sugar to the warm water and the add the yeast . Pour the margarine into the yeast solution and then add enough flour and the salt to make a dough . Knead well and let rise for 35-45 minutes until the dough is double in size . Roll out the dough---- then cut strips of dough to make a pretzel shape. .
To these pretzel shapes add tomato sauce-- garlic salt or Italian seasoning powder . May add any topping you like such as olives ,peppers ,pepperoni mushrooms etc. Place the mozzarella cheese on top to help bind the toppings together .
Bake at 375 degrees 20-25 minutes . |
