Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 (16 oz.) rolls (frozen) Oldham's pork sausage (1 medium & 1 mild)
flour (1/3 c. or so depending on the amount of grease)
milk (1-2 quarts)
salt & pepper
2 packages Pillsbury frozen biscuits southern style (12-24 biscuits)

Directions:
Directions:
If frozen, thaw sausage overnight. Preheat oven for biscuits and bake as directed on package. Brown sausage in skillet, breaking up sausage into small pieces. Drain grease into bowl. Place sausage into another bowl. Return grease to skillet. Add flour to make a paste. Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk to make desired amount of gravy. Cook over medium heat to almost boiling. Reduce heat to low and cook until gravy begins to thicken. Return sausage to pan with gravy. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Remove biscuits from oven. Split and serve with gravy.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Oldham's sausage rolls and Pillsbury biscuits are located in the freezer section of the grocery store. Mike's mother Ramona taught me to make this.
